Future is a virtual health coaching platform hiring Health Coaches as independent contractors (1099) to guide members through personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery. Roles are remote with approval state restrictions and involve high-touch coaching via messaging and video sessions.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC certification is required.
• Associate degree or higher or equivalent coaching path.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
• Coaching across nutrition, movement, sleep and stress.
• Ability to synthesize health data from various sources.

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload of members and guide progress from day one.
• Coach via virtual sessions and day-to-day messaging.
• Translate goals and data into personalized plans with AI support.
• Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening to motivate change.
• Track progress against goals and celebrate wins, not just metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to shape and improve the program.
• Engage with the community and contribute to projects.
• Be proficient across apps and data platforms.
