Job summary

Future is seeking an experienced Health Coach to manage a client caseload as a remote independent contractor. You’ll guide members from onboarding through milestones using a data-informed, personalized plan across nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress, with high-touch sessions and messaging.

You’ll leverage NBC-HWC credentials, 2+ years coaching, and messaging-based coaching to tailor plans. The role is 1099, with equity and benefits for eligible employees?

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC is the core standard for behavior-change theory and coaching scope of practice.
• Associate's degree or higher (or equivalent experience) for coaching credentials.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience, adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Coaching happens largely over messaging, with video sessions as needed.
• Comfort synthesizing health data from nutrition apps and wearables into a single plan.
• Additional credentials like ACE Health Coach, Precision Nutrition L1, NASM BCS are valued.
• A personal-training or strength credential (CSCS) or similar nutrition coaching cert adds value.
• Advanced degree in exercise science, physiology, kinesiology, or related field is beneficial.
• Clinical collaboration in functional/integrative medicine and experience with luxury/clientele is a plus.
• This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement with no employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload of members and guide them from onboarding to milestones.
• Run virtual kickoff and check-in sessions; support between sessions via warm messaging.
• Build personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.
• Translate member goals and data into tailored guidance with AI tooling.
• Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening to empower member-driven changes.
• Track progress against member-set goals and celebrate consistency and behavior wins.
• Collaborate with the team to shape an evolving coaching program.
• Engage with the community, attend calls, and provide candid feedback.
