Job summary

Future is a virtual coaching company guiding members through fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery using data-driven plans. We are hiring in NC as a 1099 independent contractor.

Responsibilities include owning the member experience end to end, coaching live and asynchronously, and translating data into personalized plans. Requires NBC-HWC, 2+ years coaching, and strong communication skills. Remote work within approved states.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC certification as core coaching framework and behavior-change approach.
• Associate degree or higher or equivalent coaching path.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Comfort working with diverse member populations and cultures.
• Strong written communication for messaging and documentation.
• Strong verbal communication and presence for video sessions.
• Ability to synthesize health data from apps and wearables into a plan.

Responsibilities

• Own members' experience end to end from onboarding to 90-day milestones and beyond.
• Coach live and asynchronously with kickoff sessions and ongoing check-ins.
• Build personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.
• Focus on coaching the person, not just the plan, using motivational interviewing.
• Contextualize body composition, bloodwork, and GLP-1 considerations within scope.
• Track progress and celebrate behavioral wins, not just scans.
• Contribute learnings to shape a growing program.
