Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States is seeking a Health Services Training and Development Manager to lead the Training Team in collaboration with the VP of Health Services. This remote position supports staff through onboarding, process improvements, and compliance with HIPAA and quality standards to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will manage projects, develop training materials, and ensure all health centers are trained and aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business, public health, nursing or related area; or 2-4 years equivalent experience.
• Two years' experience in a clinic or outpatient setting.
• Two years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Ability and willingness to travel within PPNCS.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leads Training Team to foster a patient-centered, high-functioning staff culture.
• Develops and maintains training materials and knowledge guides.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA and quality standards.
• Oversees onboarding and staff development across health centers.
• Manages Training Team budgets and project timelines.
• Collaborates with Health Services leadership on initiatives.
• Supports process improvements to optimize health center operations.
• Coordinates training components of implementation projects.
