Job summary
Planned Parenthood North Central States is seeking a Health Services Training and Development Manager to lead training and development across the affiliate, with remote work within IA, MN, NE. You will collaborate with Health Services leadership to implement evidence-based training, onboarding, and process improvements that elevate patient care and staff performance.
The role requires 2+ years supervisory experience, travel as needed, and a commitment to advancing sexual and reproductive
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business, public health, nursing related area or 2-4 years equivalent experience.
- Two years of experience working in a clinic or outpatient setting.
- Two years supervisory/management experience.
- Experience working with confidential information.
- Must be able to travel within PPNCS.
- Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Leads Training Team to foster a culture of learning and high-quality care.
- Support onboarding and implementation of new processes and initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs for Health Services staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards and manage related projects.
