Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States seeks a Health Services Training and Development Manager to lead training, onboarding, and development across remote IA, MN, and NE teams.

You will supervise the Training Team, implement new processes, ensure regulatory and quality standards (HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA), coordinate projects with Health Services, and support staff with flexible hours, including some weekends as necessary.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience working in a clinic or outpatient setting.
• Two years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience working with confidential information.
• Must have the ability and willingness to travel as needed within PPNCS.
• Must have the ability to work flexible hours that match the health center hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training Team to foster a culture of learning and high performance.
• Provide training and onboarding support for new processes and initiatives.
• Ensure staff compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Health Services Leadership to drive process improvements.
