Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States is seeking a Training and Development Manager to lead the Training Team in collaboration with the Health Services leadership. You will drive onboarding, implement new processes, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA and medical standards to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role is salaried/exempt, travel within the affiliate, and requires flex hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business, human services, public health, nursing related area or 2-4 years equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience working in a clinic or outpatient setting.
• Two years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience working with confidential information.
• Must have the ability and willingness to travel within the Planned Parenthood North Central States (PPNCS).
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Experience working with high risk or underserved populations (youth, women, minorities, LGBTQ, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads Training Team to foster a culture of trust and customer service standards.
• Maintains an innovative approach to training programs.
• Supports teams through changes in business and models ethical behavior.
• Manages day-to-day Training Team activities.
• Develops training materials and updates knowledge-based materials.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs, Medical Standards, HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA and regulatory agencies.
• Promotes patient-centered service and responsive delivery.
• Oversees hiring, training and performance of Training Team staff.
• Analyzes reports and manages financial plan for Training Team.
