Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States is seeking a Health Services Training and Development Manager. This remote role supports training across IA, MN, and NE, with occasional travel to health centers.

Responsibilities include leading the Training Team, onboarding staff, and implementing process improvements to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The position requires two years of clinic/outpatient experience and two years of supervisory experience, with flexible hours including

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience working with confidential information is preferred.
• Experience in a clinic or outpatient setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training Team and oversee development of a culture that supports high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate onboarding and training initiatives for new staff.
• Manage Training Team operations, including materials, schedules, and collaboration with Health Services Leadership.
• Monitor adherence to SOPs, HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement training programs and knowledge materials.
