Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States is seeking a Health Services Training and Development Manager. This remote role supports IA, MN, NE with a focus on building a culture of learning, leading training initiatives, and ensuring quality patient care through evidence-based programs.

The role requires supervising a Training Team, onboarding staff, and coordinating with Health Services leadership to implement new processes while maintaining regulatory compliance and a patient-centered service

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business, human services, public health, nursing related area, or 2-4 years equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience working in a clinic or outpatient setting.
• Two years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience working with confidential information.
• Must travel as needed within PPNCS and work flexible hours including Eves/weekends.
• Experience with high risk or underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Leads Training Team to foster a culture of service excellence and health center goals.
• Develops innovative training programs and materials.
• Manages day-to-day Training Team activities and staff performance.
• Hires, trains, and oversees Training Team staff; conducts performance plans.
• Coordinates training components of implementation projects with Health Services.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA, and other standards.
• Represents Training Team in affiliate leadership and process improvements.
• Supports onboarding of new staff and maintains Knowledge Based System materials.
• Promotes patient-centered service and a respectful, inclusive work environment.
