Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States seeks a Health Services Training and Development Manager to lead the Training Team in partnership with Health Services leadership. This remote role supports training, onboarding, and process improvements to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across IA, MN, and NE.

The role requires travel to health centers, coordinating with regulatory standards, and managing budgets while helping staff grow professionally in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory/management experience.
• Two years in a clinic/outpatient setting.
• Ability and willingness to travel within PPNCS.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience with diverse populations and inclusive environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads Training Team to foster positive attitudes and trust to meet Health Center goals.
• Maintains an innovative training program and develops materials.
• Manages Training Team activities and schedules.
• Develops training materials and guides; updates knowledge-based materials.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA and applicable standards.
• Promotes patient-centered service and inclusive environment across sites.
• Oversees program budget and financial plan for Training Team.
• Collaborates on process improvements and project management with Health Services.
