Planned Parenthood North Central States is hiring a Health Services Training and Development Manager to lead the Training Team, implement new processes, and ensure compliant, high-quality patient care across centralized health centers. The role supports onboarding, process improvements, and program delivery in a remote-capable setup for IA, MN, and NE.

• Post-secondary education in business, health, public health, nursing related area or 2–4 years equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience working in a clinic or outpatient setting.
• Two years supervisory/management experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed within PPNCS and to match health center hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Leads Training Team to foster a culture of learning and high-quality patient care.
• Develops and maintains training materials and knowledge resources.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA and medical standards.
• Manages day-to-day Training Team activities and budgets.
• Coordinates training for implementation projects with Health Services.
