Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States is seeking a Health Services Training and Development Manager to lead the Training Team, collaborate with Health Services leadership, and drive training initiatives. This role emphasizes evidence-based care, onboarding, and compliance across affiliates.

The position is remote with occasional travel, requires supervisory experience and a background in health or related fields, and supports organization-wide mission to advance sexual and reproductive

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business, human services, public health, nursing related area, or 2-4 years equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience working in a clinic or outpatient setting.
• Two years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience working with confidential information.
• Ability and willingness to travel within PPNCS.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Experience working with high risk or underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Leads Training Team to foster a patient-centered care culture.
• Oversees development of training materials and onboarding.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA and standards.
• Manages day-to-day operations of the Training Team.
• Coordinates training for new processes and initiatives.
• Supports process improvements and data reporting.
