Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States seeks a Health Services Training and Development Manager to lead training strategy remotely for IA, MN, and NE. The role focuses on creating a culture of learning, implementing new processes, onboarding staff, and driving quality care.

You will partner with Health Services leadership, manage the Training Team, ensure HIPAA/compliance, and collaborate on projects with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience working in a clinic or outpatient setting.
• Two years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead training strategy and development across Health Services.
• Support onboarding and implementation of new processes and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA and regulatory standards.
