Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Call Center Representative to support members, providers, and patients with health plan information and inquiries. You will manage Medicare/Billing queries, document interactions, and ensure privacy and compliance while delivering exceptional service.

This remote role requires 2+ years in customer service or healthcare interactions, HS diploma, and strong communication, typing, and problem‑solving skills. Training and tools will be provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to respond concisely and clearly to customer queries.
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with ≤5% error.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries across Member Services, Medicare, and Billing.
• Document all interactions and use CRM/EMR/EHR systems.
• Explain health plan benefits, networks, and coverage policies.
• Meet KPIs: call handling, first contact resolution, retention.
• Adhere to HIPAA and privacy standards.
