VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Call Center Representative to support members, providers, and patients with health plan information and service requests. You’ll document inquiries, explain benefits, and coordinate issue resolution while upholding HIPAA and privacy standards.

The role emphasizes professional communication, rapid problem solving, and accurate data entry across CRM, EMR/EHR, and ticketing platforms in a remote work setting, with opportunities for growth and healthcare

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or healthcare member-interaction experience.
• Previous call center experience and/or prior experience in the health insurance industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries across Member Services, Medicare, and Billing.
• Document all member interactions per procedures and maintain accuracy.
• Explain health plan benefits, provider networks, and coverage policies in clear terms.
• Monitor and contribute to call center KPIs and member retention.
• Adhere to HIPAA and privacy requirements when handling PHI.
• Use CRM, EMR/EHR, and ticketing tools to assist callers efficiently.
