VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Call Center Representative to support members, providers, and patients, ensuring accurate information, HIPAA compliance, and friendly service. You will handle inquiries across Member Services, Medicare, and Billing, documenting interactions and collaborating with health plans and facilities.

A minimum of two years in healthcare/members interactions and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of customer service or healthcare member-interaction experience.
• Experience in call centers and health insurance industry is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to explain benefits clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries in Member Services, Medicare, and Billing.
• Represent client professionally by addressing and documenting all queries.
• Analyze issues, coordinate service recovery, and document interactions.
• Explain plan benefits, provider networks, and coverage policies.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and comply with health information security.
