Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Call Center Representative to assist members, providers, and patients with inquiries about health plans, benefits, and billing. You will document interactions and uphold privacy and HIPAA standards while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries across Medicare, billing, and member services; using CRM and EMR/EHR tools; meeting call center metrics; and maintaining compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of customer service or healthcare member-interaction experience.
• Previous call center experience and/or prior experience in the health insurance industry (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries in Member Services, Medicare, and Billing.
• Document queries and address customer concerns with care and accuracy.
• Explain plan benefits, provider networks, and coverage policies to members.
• Meet KPIs like call handling and first call resolution.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Operate CRM, EMR/EHR and ticketing tools to support member interactions.
