• Serve as primary client contact throughout onboarding and go-live.
• Guide configuration options and assess operational impacts.
• Track requirements, ownership, and outcomes against plans.
• Report status to leadership and manage risks and dependencies.
• Ensure milestones meet SLA for timely launches.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and governance.
