CVS Health is hiring for a role responsible for directing all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for self-funded new business clients. You will partner with stakeholders to address issues, act as the liaison for implementation, and coordinate deliverables across teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2+ years of project management and client-facing experience.

• Develop and execute implementation strategy aligned with customer needs.
• Ensure strategy complies with performance guarantees.
• Engage team members to fulfill responsibilities and timelines.
• Solicit feedback to improve continuous quality of the implementation process.
