You will lead planning and execution, develop plans and milestones, coach junior colleagues, manage risks, mitigate issues, and deliver progress reports; healthcare client-facing experience and strong problem-solving are essential.

Qualificações

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience delivering healthcare products or implementations.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional resources.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the planning and execution of key organizational projects, aligning with goals, timelines and budgets.
• Develop project plans, assign teams, set deliverables and milestones.
• Conduct post-mortems and implement process improvements.
• Implement quality control and change management plans.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports with milestones and risks.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously and coach junior colleagues.
