CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of Self‑funded New Business Client benefit plan implementations, coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders to meet or exceed customer expectations. The role emphasizes planning, risk management, change management and delivering projects on time and within budget.

The position requires 5–7 years of healthcare client‑facing experience, strong problem solving, and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience with direct management of client relationships.
• Ability to assess risks, propose solutions, and drive issues to resolution within deadlines.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Strong delivery and prioritization skills with coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects, aligning with goals, timelines and budgets.
• Develop project plans, assign team members, set deliverables and milestones.
• Conduct post-mortems to capture lessons and share process improvements.
• Implement quality control processes to identify deviations and deficiencies.
• Develop change management plans to minimize resistance and ensure adoption.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports highlighting achievements and risks.
• Direct multiple projects, adjust priorities and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques and responsibilities.
