Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of self-funded client benefit plan implementations for New Business clients. The role coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

The position requires 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to lead multiple projects with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct management of client relationships, issue resolution, and successful delivery of healthcare products, services, or implementation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks, recommend solutions, and drive issues to resolution within established timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work, managing competing deadlines, coordinating cross-functional resources, and achieving established business objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables, and track progress.
• Coach junior colleagues and drive continuous process improvements.
