CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for self-funded new business clients. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to proactively address implementation issues and exceed client expectations.

Under general direction, you will lead planning and execution, develop plans, milestones, and change management strategies; manage multiple projects, assess risks, report progress, and coach junior colleagues to strengthen

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver complex healthcare projects on time.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables, and assign team members.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies and report progress to stakeholders.
