CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementations for self-funded new business clients. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to proactively address critical implementation issues and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

In this role you will lead project planning, assign team members, manage budgets, and deliver milestones while coaching peers and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Formación

• 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience including direct management of client relationships and successful delivery of healthcare products or implementations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to assess risks and drive issues to resolution within timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects with milestones and timelines.
• Develop project plans, assign team members, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Identify risks and issues, implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Prepare progress reports highlighting achievements, risks and mitigation strategies.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques and processes.
