Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct management of client relationships and delivery of healthcare products or implementations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to assess risks and drive resolution within timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, prioritizing work and coordinating resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, assign team members, define deliverables and deadlines.
• Establish project milestones and conduct post-mortems for improvements.
• Implement quality control processes and change management plans.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and create contingency plans.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports highlighting achievements and risks.
• Direct multi-project management and mentor junior staff.
