Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience working in Call Center or Customer Service function
• Knowledge/experience of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or healthcare administration preferred
• Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling including evenings and Saturdays as required

Responsibilities

• Makes and answers calls to resolve billing and payment issues
• Responds to information requests from patients/account holders in a professional manner
• Follows client-specific protocols and policies in daily duties
• Provides bilingual support when needed
