Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in Call Center or Customer Service function.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance or healthcare administration preferred.
• Bilingual candidates will provide additional support for bilingual calls.

Responsibilities

• Makes and answers calls in the name of the client to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Responds to requests for information by patients/account holders in a professional, thorough manner.
• Follows client-specific protocols and policies when carrying out duties.
• Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and Saturdays when required.
• All necessary equipment and technical support provided.
