Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a call center or customer service role with public interaction.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance or administration preferred.
• Bilingual candidates may provide additional support for bilingual calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Respond to patient/account information requests in a professional manner.
• Follow client protocols and policies during duties.
• Adapt scheduling to include evenings and Saturdays as required.
