State Collection Service, Inc. is hiring remote Health Care Customer Service Representatives to manage inbound and outbound calls related to billing, payments, and insurance questions. The role requires handling inquiries in a high-tech environment and adapting to client protocols.

Evening and Saturday shifts may be required. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years in a call center or customer service setting, with knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare administration preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance, or healthcare administration preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as required.
• Bilingual candidates will provide additional support for bilingual calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Respond to patient/account information requests in a professional, thorough manner.
• Follow client-specific protocols and policies when carrying out duties.
• Communicate with patients regarding insurance, financial assistance, and related processes.
