Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States to lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and consolidation. You will design scalable planning frameworks, standardize reporting, and provide trusted financial data to executives while partnering with senior leaders across functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A or enterprise planning in high-growth environments.
• End-to-end planning experience from AOP to long-range planning.
• Advanced financial modeling and data-driven analysis.
• Experience improving consolidation, reporting, and processes.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks and KPIs.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence.
• Hands-on, player-coach leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Own annual operating plan, reforecasting, and long-range planning end-to-end.
• Build scalable planning frameworks and standardize reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models and provide actionable insights.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and executive-level presentations.
• Drive process improvements and accelerate forecasting accuracy.
• Partner with executives to translate financial data into decisions.
• Mentor one direct report and contribute to day-to-day FP&A work.
