Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States to lead enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis. You will own the annual operating plan, long-range planning, reforecasting, and consolidation, establishing scalable frameworks and trusted financial data for executives.

The role emphasizes designing planning calendars, standardizing reporting, and partnering with senior leaders to drive accountability and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• Hands-on financial modeling and analytics capabilities.
• Ability to lead end-to-end planning, reforecasting, and consolidation processes.
• Proven ability to partner with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete FP&A cycle, including AOP, LRPs, and executive presentations.
• Design and manage planning calendars with clear milestones.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation and standardized reporting.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models and scenario analyses.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and priorities.
• Mentor a direct report while contributing to day-to-day FP&A activities.
• Drive continuous improvement to elevate planning rigor and visibility.
• Show strong communication to senior stakeholders.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
