Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States. You will own the full planning cycle, build scalable frameworks, and lead consolidation and reporting across the enterprise. This player-coach role partners with executives to drive performance and decision-making in a fast-growing environment.

The position offers remote flexibility for eligible U.S. residents with quarterly in-person gatherings in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance ops, or enterprise planning (from the posting).
• Proven experience leading annual operating plans and long-range planning cycles.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience improving financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes.
• Ability to develop scalable frameworks, document processes, and improve efficiency.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication.

Responsabilités

• Own the complete financial planning cycle from AOP to long-range planning and presentations.
• Design and manage planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide consolidation framework and standardized KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and align priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and commitments.
• Mentor and support one direct report while contributing to day-to-day FP&A work.
• Elevate FP&A into a core strategic function with improved discipline and visibility.
