Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A based in the United States. You will own annual operating plans, long-range planning, reforecasting, and financial consolidation from end to end.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience.
• Experience leading annual operating plans (AOP) and multi-year planning cycles (LRP).
• Advanced financial modeling and analytic skills to evaluate assumptions and translate insights.
• Hands-on experience improving consolidation, reporting, and financial rigor.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks and standardized methodologies.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strong executive communication for presenting complex financial data.
• Hands-on builder mindset: comfortable working directly in financial models and data.
• Diverse educational or career backgrounds encouraged if experience matches.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete enterprise planning cycle from AOP to long-range planning and executive delivery.
• Design and manage planning calendars, milestones, and cross-department inputs.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation and standardized reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into business recommendations.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable, repeatable planning processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and priorities.
• Align finance and operations around shared goals and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Mentor one direct report while remaining engaged in day-to-day FP&A work.
• Elevate FP&A to a strategic decision-making function with disciplined processes.
