Job summary

Jobgether's partner company is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A based in the United States. You will own the full planning cycle from AOP to long-range planning, lead consolidation, and deliver executive-facing analyses.

The role emphasizes scalable frameworks, cross-functional partnership with senior leaders, and a player-coach style with one direct report, remote flexibility for eligible US residents.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning.
• Experience leading annual operating plans (AOP) and multiyear financial planning cycles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Hands-on approach with financial data, models, and systems.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams toward financial goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete FP&A cycle: AOP, reforecasting, and long-range planning.
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and coordinate cross-department inputs.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation framework and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into recommendations.
• Improve planning processes to be scalable, accurate, and timely.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and priorities.
• Mentor a direct report and stay actively involved in day-to-day FP&A work.
