Paylocity is seeking a remote HCM Account Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team in the United States. The role focuses on prospecting, presenting, and closing new and expanded sales with medium-sized businesses (49-499 employees).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a sales position.
• HS diploma or equivalent required; college degree strongly desired.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to succeed in a quota-driven, competitive environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities consistently.
• Schedule and present Paylocity services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and follow up during the sales process.
• Coordinate documentation for client onboarding to Paylocity.
• Collaborate with internal departments for smooth client transitions.
• Develop prospects via telemarketing, referrals, and networking.
• Build relationships within broker channels and referrals.
• Maintain contact with existing customers to identify additional needs.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote Paylocity services.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
