Job summary

Paylocity, a leading provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software, seeks an HCM Account Executive for remote US work. You will prospect, build client relationships, present services, and close new and expanded sales.

Target mid-sized businesses and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions. You will need 3–5 years in sales, strong communication, and a consultative approach to win opportunities and hit quotas.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a sales position.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Strong presentation and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities on a consistent basis.
• Schedule and present Paylocity services with prospective clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Organize, complete and obtain documentation for clients to move to Paylocity.
• Maintain relationships with broker channels and referral sources.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
