Job summary

Paylocity, a cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is seeking a dynamic sales professional for a fully remote role in the United States. You will prospect, develop relationships with potential clients, and close new and expanded sales agreements targeting medium-sized businesses.

Reports to the Director of Sales; requires 3–5 years in sales, a proactive approach, and strong presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree strongly desired.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a sales position.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities and prospects.
• Schedule and present Paylocity services to clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and follow up.
• Move clients through the sales process with documentation.
• Build relationships within the Broker channel and referral sources.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
