Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is hiring for a Fully Remote Sales & Marketing role in the United States. You will prospect, build relationships, present Paylocity services, and close new and expanded sales with medium-sized businesses (49-499 employees).

The role emphasizes a consultative approach, strong prospecting, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver value and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a sales position.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment.
• High activity levels and strong objections handling.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities and drive new sales.
• Schedule and present Paylocity services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and follow up throughout the sales cycle.
• Organize and obtain documentation for clients to move to Paylocity system.
• Collaborate with internal departments for smooth client transitions.
• Develop prospects through telemarketing and referrals.
• Maintain relationships within Broker channels and other sources.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
