Paylocity is a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider hiring for a remote Sales & Marketing role in the United States. The position targets mid-sized businesses (49-499 employees) and emphasizes proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and meeting quarterly/annual quotas.

You will build relationships, tailor Paylocity solutions, and drive growth from home or a location of record within the U.S.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree strongly desired.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities and schedule/provide presentations.
• Present Paylocity services to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Organize documentation for client onboarding to Paylocity systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client transition.
• Develop prospects through telemarketing and referrals.
