Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a GTM Strategy and Programs Manager to own the design, operationalization, and continuous improvement of go-to-market programs.

This remote role interfaces with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to translate strategy into structured programs and measure outcomes. You will lead cross-functional programs spanning pipeline generation, new logo acquisition, expansion, and partner motions, and influence budgeting and headcount planning in collaboration with Revenue

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM strategy, Revenue Operations, or sales strategy in B2B SaaS or logistics.
• Ability to translate strategy into operational programs.
• Strong analytics and Salesforce reporting experience.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with leadership and admin teams.
• MBA preferred or MBA completed.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM program calendar across pipeline, new logo, expansion, and partner motions.
• Define segment-level plays and operationalize them in Salesforce and related tools.
• Build program metrics and provide recurring performance readouts to RevOps and GTM leadership.
• Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning with finance and go-to-market leaders.
• Drive ICP refinement, territory design, and GTM model evolution.
• Bridge Marketing, Enablement, GTM Engineering, and Sales to activate and improve programs.
• Support board and exec reporting on GTM ROI and pipeline health.
