ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a GTM Strategy and Programs Manager to own the design, operationalization, and continuous improvement of go-to-market programs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to translate strategy into structured programs and measure performance. You’ll lead program calendars, drive cross-functional execution, and develop measurement frameworks that inform leadership decisions and pipeline health.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM strategy, Revenue Ops, sales strategy, or consulting in B2B SaaS or logistics/supply chain.

Responsabilités

• Own the GTM program calendar and manage cross-functional programs across pipeline, acquisition, expansion and partner motions.
• Partner with Sales leadership to define segment plays and operationalize in Salesforce, Gong, Outreach and BI tools.
• Build program measurement frameworks and deliver recurring performance readouts to RevOps and GTM leadership.
• Oversee quarterly and annual GTM planning cycles with Finance and GTM leaders, including headcount modeling and capacity planning.
• Lead ICP refinement, territory design, and GTM model evolution.
• Serve as a connector between Marketing, Enablement, GTM Engineering and Sales to ensure programs are activated and optimized across the funnel.
• Support board-level reporting on ROI, pipeline health, and initiative progress.
