Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a GTM Strategy and Programs Manager to lead the design, operation, and continuous improvement of go-to-market initiatives.

You will drive pipeline generation, sales productivity, and revenue growth by coordinating cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps. You will define plays, manage measurements, and support senior leadership with program ROI and strategic progress reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM strategy, Revenue Ops, sales strategy, or management consulting—B2B SaaS or logistics exposure is a plus.
• Ability to translate strategic concepts into operational programs with structured processes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Salesforce reporting and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to translate strategy into structured programs and measure performance.
• Own the GTM program calendar; design, launch, and manage cross-functional programs spanning pipeline growth and new logo acquisition.
• Define segment-level plays and operationalize them in Salesforce and other tools.
• Build program measurement frameworks and deliver recurring performance readouts to RevOps and GTM leadership.
• Oversee quarterly and annual GTM planning cycles with stakeholders, including headcount modeling and capacity planning.
