affirm, a remote-first company, is seeking a Lead for GTM Strategy & Operations to own go-to-market motions end-to-end for a product line. You will turn high-level product and pricing inputs into actionable field plans, building the tooling and playbooks the field needs for successful rollouts and adoption.

In this role, you will partner with Product, Legal, Rev Ops, and Pricing, manage the AI contract dashboard, and translate stakeholder inputs into efficient field-ready processes that drive

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, revenue or sales operations in FinTech, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
• Experience owning a go-to-market motion or customer-facing initiative end to end, from rollout to adoption.
• Ability to translate product and pricing inputs into executable field plans.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, PMM, Client Success, Sales, Analytics, Legal, or Pricing.
• Strong analytical instincts using adoption and performance data to drive next steps.
• Clear, action-oriented writing and speaking.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and move fast without explicit instructions.
• Familiarity with merchant, payments, or SaaS sales motions.
• Experience using SQL for data analysis and decision support.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to improve workflows and automate processes.
