Affirm is a remote-first company hiring for a Lead role on GTM Strategy & Operations. You will own end-to-end go-to-market operations for a specific product line, turning high-level pricing and product inputs into actionable field-ready plans.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Legal, Risk, and Pricing to design rollout groups and equip the field with the processes they need to execute effectively. The role emphasizes building and maintaining tools, dashboards, and playbooks to standardize pricing

Formación

• 6+ years in business, operations, or revenue/sales ops.
• Owned go-to-market motion end-to-end with rollout through adoption.
• Experience translating product and pricing strategy into field-ready execution.
• Experience using SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Familiarity with merchant, payments, or SaaS sales motions.

Responsabilidades

• Own go-to-market operations for field teams, segmenting potential customers and managing pricing operations.
• Turn inputs from Product, Legal, Risk, and Pricing into an executable process.
• Manage and improve the AI contract dashboard for field teams to assess pricing/legal eligibility.
• Build tools and playbooks for strategic initiatives, including renewal planning and pricing standardization.
• Turn field feedback into recommendations for cross-functional execution and optimize launches.
