Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Lead to own go-to-market operations for a product line, turning high-level inputs into executable plans and coordinating with Product, Legal, Risk, and Pricing teams.

You will be close to the field, building tools and playbooks, enabling contract renewal planning, pricing standardization, and new product GTM, while translating stakeholder needs into actionable execution and measuring adoption across channels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, revenue or sales operations in FinTech, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record owning a go-to-market motion end to end, from rollout to adoption.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, PMM, Client Success, Sales, Analytics, Legal, or Pricing.
• Comfort translating product and pricing strategy into practical field-ready execution.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market operations for field teams executing on strategic initiatives and pricing operations.
• Turn cross-functional inputs into an executable process.
• Manage the AI contract dashboard for field teams to assess pricing eligibility.
• Build and maintain tools and playbooks for strategic initiatives, including renewal planning and pricing standardization.
• Navigate different launch perspectives from exec rationale to customer value proposition and field analysis.
• Gather insights from the field to inform cross-functional recommendations.
• Analyze performance data to identify stalls and flag risks early.
