Qualifications

• 5+ years building on a leading CRM platform (Apex, Flow, LWCs).
• Strong understanding of customer buying behavior and business objectives.
• Organized, able to track progress and manage programs.
• Ability to switch between technical and business communication with sales and engineers.
• Experience in daily AI coding with coding agents.
• Instinctive pattern recognition for reusable solutions.
• Preferred: Administrator, Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications.
• Preferred: background in solution engineering, technical product management, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between go-to-market teams and product teams, ensuring effective communication.
• Create and develop agent skills and references to address common customer requirements efficiently.
• Identify and establish common patterns across varying customer requests to streamline the development process.
• Translate business needs into specific technical functionalities while maintaining clarity in both realms.
• Conduct real-world testing of developments to ensure alignment with actual customer requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive overview of projects, tracking progress and reporting coverage.
• Document and teach solutions to empower team members to utilize them independently.
