Job summary

Monograph is seeking a GTM Engineering specialist to connect data across CRM and marketing tools, build automated workflows, and drive revenue outcomes. You will work closely with RevOps, Marketing, and Sales to identify problems, design scalable solutions, and measure impact.

You will implement multi-system integrations, test ideas quickly, and own workflows from launch through monitoring. A remote role with global collaboration opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Marketing Ops, Growth Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS funnels, CRM, marketing automation, lead and account management, sales workflows, and customer retention.
• Hands-on experience designing multi-system workflows with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, Workato, or comparable tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify revenue problems and design practical GTM workflows.
• Connect data across CRM, marketing tools, product, support, and billing systems.
• Build, test, and monitor automated workflows with SQL and lightweight code.
• Measure adoption and business impact of workflows.
• Train users and document processes so workflows become part of day-to-day work.
