• 5+ years building on a leading CRM platform (Apex, Flow, LWCs).
• Strong understanding of customer buying behavior and business objectives.
• Organized, able to track progress and manage programs.
• Ability to switch between technical and business communication with sales and engineers.
• Experience in daily AI coding with coding agents.
• Instinctive pattern recognition for reusable solutions.
• Preferred: Administrator, Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications.
• Preferred: background in solution engineering, technical product management, or consulting.

For our client, we are seeking a GTM Builder to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will help bridge go-to-market and product functions by translating customer and business needs into practical technical solutions. The position is centered on building reusable agents and reference solutions, identifying repeatable patterns across requests, and helping teams move faster with scalable approaches. It also requires strong collaboration with sales leaders, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions align with real customer needs and business outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Preferred: certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect)


• Preferred: background in solution engineering, technical product management, or consulting
