Qualifications

• Proven full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Hands-on with GTM-related systems such as CRM integrations, outbound automation, lead enrichment, webhooks.
• Strong experience with APIs and data integrations.
• Comfortable mixing custom development with no-code/low-code platforms.
• Understanding of data pipelines and multi-system workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain systems for lead capture, enrichment, outbound activity, and reporting.
• Develop internal tools and technical solutions that support sales and marketing workflows.
• Improve the reliability and scalability of GTM infrastructure.
• Write clean, production-ready front-end and back-end code.
• Build internal tools, workflow applications, and customer-facing integrations.
• Identify repetitive GTM processes and automate them.
• Integrate CRM, enrichment, marketing, and other platforms via APIs and webhooks.
• Research and evaluate new GTM technologies and tools.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to translate business needs into technical requirements.
