Job summary

Remote is hiring for a Revenue Operations – GTM Systems role to drive the strategy, architecture, and lifecycle of one or more GTM products. You’ll work with stakeholders across Revenue Operations to deliver scalable business capabilities and lead AI-driven enhancements.

The role emphasizes building and refining go-to-market tech, with an async, global team. Location is remote worldwide, open to applicants from diverse regions, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Experience owning business systems or product portfolios in a GTM/Revenue Ops context.
Strong GTM architecture, data models, and end-to-end revenue process knowledge.
Ability to define product strategy, roadmaps and success metrics for internal tech products.
Ability to evaluate build vs buy and decide on config/automation/AI/Dev/3rd party delivery.

Responsibilities

Own vision, roadmap, architecture, and lifecycle of GTM products and business capabilities.
Prioritize initiatives based on value, customer needs, and strategic objectives.
Own long-term evolution of product ecosystem for scalability and alignment with strategy.
Evaluate and recommend build, buy, or AI-driven solutions to expand capabilities while simplifying tech.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Own governance, documentation, release planning, adoption, and ongoing product performance.
